Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh - Undeniably the most famous of them all, the temples of Khajuraho are located in a small town of Madhya Pradesh that goes by the same name. The group of temples, all but one facing east, depict the perfect union of male and female deities. Jagdish Mandir, Udaipur - People also recognize this famous temple of Udaipur as Jagannath Rai temple. The three storeyed temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu has walls adorning ancient inscriptions and elaborately carved figurines displaying some serious erotic imagery.

Tripurantaka Temple, Karnataka - Built in 1070 CE, Tripurantaka temple is located in the present day Shivamogga in Karnataka.
