Ovank’a Promise

Illustration of a very heartfelt scene between my bosmer, Weylas Heronstride, and Jordyth Mossblossom. After Jordyth nearly broke his jaw upon meeting due to Weylas’ worship of the Ouze, these two have slowly come around to being close friends. When Weylas felt as though he couldn’t write a prayer upon a lantern to send to the gods, Jordyth wrote one for him- paving the way for them to finally sit down and have a much-needed chat.

Text reads: Weylas: I don’t often make promises during wartime, but... Jordyth: But? Weylas: Perhaps this once, I should like to promise you’ll make it home safe.
