I twirl my hair. Only with my left hand even though I’m right handed. It just doesn’t feel the same with my right hand. 🤷🏼♀️ I do it when I’m bored, driving or in deep thought and I have started getting this bad pain in my upper left arm from doing it so much. Sundays are my lazy days. It’s my only day off and I need this day to set me up for the week. I used to feel guilty because I have a dad who still works 7 days a week, but then I realized that I don’t have to do that just because he has chosen to. I get so much more accomplished now that I take this one full day to relax. Monday morning comes and I’m ready to go again. I love what I do and have in the past worked 7 days and stayed up until 3am trying to learn and build my business but now I’m ok with 6 days and I’m much happier.
