Jasper had overheard the conversation between Isla and her father earlier, not that he’d been meaning to eavesdrop. He had sneaked over to her room with the intention of spending some time together. Only to find that her father was already there and outlining the fact that Isla was going to be arranged to be married in order to solve some conflict. The entire situation had Jasper fuming. He knew the two of them could never officially be together as her father had made it clear that she was off-limits. Jasper just hated the idea of her being forced into something that she likely didn’t want. Once her father had left, he entered her room undetected.  “That was too close for comfort.” He told her knowing that if he hadn’t been careful her father could have seen him sneaking in here.

IT HAD BEEN A LONG day for Hebe. She had just been kicked out of the apartment she stayed in. Not that she was surprised. She had failed to pay three months’ worth of rent, after all. She had worked hard, but she was still tight on budget. Desperate to find a place to stay in, she came to a decision to squat in one of her employer’s place. As far as she knew, he wasn’t around often. She took his absence as an opportunity to stay over for the night. Just for the night. She wasn’t the type to take advantage of anyone or anything, but she was desperate. 

        She set her things in the living room, and decided to take the couch. She was all settled until she heard the door burst open. The unexpected arrival rendered her startled.

“my mother isn’t shy when it comes to what she talks about.” she’ll talk about anyone, even to their face. that’s why it caught juliet’s attention when they were talking in private. either it was serious business or it was her father’s business. juliet wasn’t going to beat around the bush either. “so...are you going to tell me exactly what you two were talking about?” here came a mischievous grin. “or do i have to annoy you until you tell me?” she was very open to doing one or the other, maybe even both.

“It’s my very first time spending Christmas in New York City.” the dark haired woman spoke as she looked at the big tree in front of her. It was the very first time in New York, far away from home. The first time she saw the big tree at the Rockefeller Centre. “I’ve never been away over Christmas, not even since my career started.” she admitted with a smile. All flights got cancelled because of the snow storm that was haunting her home town. “It’s lovely to be here, though. I’ve always wanted to ice skate right here to the sound of Last Christmas.” Rome spoke, trying to lift her mood a little. “Is that a little too cliché?” she asked with a little grin.

Finley knew showing up to his exes party wasn’t the smartest idea he’d ever had but given he knew that fact there’d be guys there fawning over her he wanted to make sure they didn’t stand a chance in hell. One thing he hadn’t expected was his ex, Harlow to make herself such an easy target to get alone. He’d watched her walk upstairs to her bedroom and he followed behind swiftly, but made sure not to be noticed until they reached her bedroom. Swiftly he shut the door and moved behind her, “Hello, gorgeous,” he purred in her ear, “Have sex with me,” he knew it was bold but who would flirt with her if they saw her exiting her bedroom with him after obviously having sex? He didn’t think anyone had the balls to do anything with her after that.

Jenn nodded, “Always has been my favorite,” she nodded before ordering a sprite, She heard his comment and felt her cheeks heating up ever so slightly changing shades of pink. Jenn sipped her sprite and looked over to him, “what do you do?”
