Renowned Mexican artist, Francisco Toledo, frequently uses handcrafted paper in his art. In fact, he repurposed an old hydroelectric plant to be a paper factory. Many varieties of paper are produced and some of it is turned into notebooks, cards, jewelry, and kites (like the one shown above).
