I was having problems with my Etsy account tonight, so I tried signing out to sign back in and it created a brand new account instead even though I still used the same email as the first account.

Now the confirmation email to try and reopen a closed account isn’t even coming through to my email account. I am just devastated, especially since I had a lot of stuff saved on there and current had 3 orders in shipping and was in correspondence with one of the sellers. I’ll keep trying to contact Etsy support, but I doubt it’ll do much.

Any advice would be appreciated.
