Hyperbaric networking in Switzerland
The annual European Underwater and Baromedical Society (EUBS) conference was this year held at the International Conference Centre in Geneva, Switzerland. EUBS is the European scientific society dedicated to the study and promotion of diving and hyperbaric medicine.
DDRC Healthcare Operations Director, Pete Atkey attended the conference.
“This annual conference was, once again, very well attended by the great and the good of the diving and hyperbaric world and offered a great deal of networking opportunities. There were a number of eminent speakers, including representatives from the Hyperbaric Center of Geneva who delivered very interesting and thought provoking presentations. There were also a large number of very interesting posters covering a wide range of subjects.
Geneva is a beautiful city that was very well suited to hosting this conference.
Next year’s conference will be in the city of Ravena in Italy where all will reassemble for another round of professional development.
