WE HAVE ORIGINALS BECAUSE ORIGINALS ARE BETTER! WHILE I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE VARIOUS RE-MAKES OF THE 'ORIGINAL' PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AT LEAST IT'S ALL THE SAME PERIOD-PIECE GENRE.
I don't care why this girl felt the need to modernize this classic story, but I HATE IT. If people are too stupid or can't 'grasp' the original(s) interpretation(s) because the language is too flowery or there are too many shots of scenery or whatever lame ass excuse they're making to not watch either Keira Knightley being adorable or Colin Firth being hot, then they just need to be removed from the planet.
