She's gonna be a girl trained to be a killing machine so she doesn't exactly know emotions. The only way of really changing for her would to kidnap her and isolate her for a while from outside forces. Once she's gone people will be looking for her so it's not the best to go out with her unless ya wanna be sneaky. Think of a kind of Mafia kind of group.
Ajsjdnhmis seriously though, I really like mechanical arms so like, I'm making it so that both her legs and arms were taken away but replaced with a prosthetic. So if she ever denies something too they rid of the prosthetics and leave her in a cellar.
Being how she is, she wasn't always this emotionless husk. She was very happy and passionate about drawing and writing. It was her favorite to make stories and write about them to her mother. Her mother who had long been dead though since she was born. Still nice to have somebody read them though, even if they can't see it.
She was auctioned off later when found to be an orphan. This led to her being trained to hell and back by a Mafia group to become a killing machine. She only responds by orders. If you ask her to kill someone, she'll do it. If you ask her how she is feeling, she'll tell you. But if you ask her if she understands, she'll be honest and say no. She is a fast learner, but slow to completely understand something without being skeptical. Hence why she always got punished. Being away from the Mafia group though will have her not be so tense all the time and be able to at least try and understand.
