It's BABY!

Eulogy has a sort of animal companion/pet Displacer Beast from a lost contient called Maztika which is much akin to Mesoamerica and he brought her with him to the Mainland.

It does make for an imposing pair; a Gnomblin Detective and his fucking huge fuck off Big Cat who does not fear water and has the pursuit drive if something starts running. Needless to say, a lot less crime happens on Baby's walking route. She's very well cared for because Eulogy loves cats and loves spoiling her, so once a monsterous beast now an overgrown couch surfing house cat.

Baby got her name because Eulogy named her after another big cat in 'A play he saw once' called Bringing up Baby.
