Lee’s travels had taken him to L.A for the sake of his crusade. His crusade had him travel to cities, states and general areas one at a time, worldwide! Non-lethally eradicating crime until the areas were crime free and peaceful like his hometown is and the state around it is thanks to his efforts. Ultimately striving for a certain clear goal.
The man was about to begin the usual path of his mission, when all of a sudden he sensed a disturbance. A building had been set on fire and there were two people at the situation, a young woman and a little boy. Well snap, this was an urgent situation that needed to be resolved as quickly as possible. There was no time to waste.
He disappeared and reappeared at the scene, within the building that had been set on fire. Lee looked upon the woman and the boy. At first he assumed it was the boy that caused the fire, but as he sensed the situation he realized it was the woman. He made several portals appear over all of the fire and water came out of the portals.
