"Don’t let them find us."

     Eunhee couldn’t remember what they were even doing anymore. It was well into the evening when they’d gone to the movies and she was excited for it honestly, even if they were going to see Cinderella. Hey, classics were always fun though most of her entertainment that evening was watching Seunghyeok’s face and listening to his mumbling throughout the movie. By the time they had made their way out of the theater the time on her watch was indicating it was half past midnight, definitely later than the time she had promised her uncles she’d be home by.

     She shrugged it off though, it wasn’t the first time she’d be hearing home late and her uncles were generally good about it. Generally. Eunhee pushed the thought away though as she stretched her hands above her head, pulling off her hood and making a loud groaning sound as she staggered next to her friend.

     " Well that wasn’t that bad a movie now was it?” She asked him with a grin, sliding an arm in his as they made their way down the stairs to the large lobby like area.

It was then that things got weird though when Seunghyeok  suddenly pulled her to the side pushing her around the corner of a wall.

     ” Hey what the hell hyeok..What —” She was cut off though when the other hissed next to her ear.

     " Don’t let them find us. "

     The words confused her though. Don’t let who find them? Was someone looking for them? Her brows creased, light wrinkles forming on her forehead as she tried to look around the corner to see who exactly she was being forced to hide from.

It’s a busy day, far busier than Leo has seen in a long while. Though, between two wedding receptions, three business meetings, and a convention, it’s been a fairly mild day; it could be worse. Still, the hustle and bustle is far beyond what he’s use to and even with his impairments— or perhaps because of them— when noon rolls around, he’s in desperate need of a break in a quiet place. And one of the side streets on the east side of the hotel offers just that. Leo is outside for no more than five minutes before he finds himself pressed against the outside wall of the hotel, a young woman sandwiched between him and the brick. A delivery truck had come barreling through the alley and, unable to speak, Leo had done all he could think to do in order to protect the young woman. Even if that meant sacrificing decency.

     Today was a good day. Why was it a good day? Because today, Eunhee had finally managed to get her hands on the piece she'd had her little eyes on for months now. It had all stared a few months back when she had walked into her favorite comic book store. She hadn't noticed it at first but as she browsed the shelves her eyes settled on that beautiful Thor's Hammer collecter's edition. But the price wasn't as beautiful as the piece and she'd slaved for months in order to gather enough money. She did everyone form begging her uncles to working double and night shifts at work. Today the fruit of her labor was in her hands as she peeked into the bag once again to see the gorgeous glass hammer as she strutted out of the shop.

     Everything else had been blocked out as she just admired the piece in her hands before Eunhee felt something crash against her as she found her back being pressed against the alley wall a few meters away from where she'd just got out the door. She stumbled a little, the bag slipping from her hands as she reached out in front of her to grab onto the stranger for balance as the horns of the delivery truck blared right past them. But the delivery truck wasn't the source of her heart racing as she'd picked up the clear sound of the shattering of delicate glass, her eyes widening as she looked up at the man. The bag she'd been holding not seconds ago was no longer in her grasp and Eunhee was almost terrified to look down and inquire about the source of the shattering sound, her breath simply caught between her lips as she stared at the man before her with wide eyes .

The violent vibrate of his phone against his nightstand startled Hoseok as he was reading the news on his laptop while resting in bed. He saw he had received a text and swiftly tapped his message using the touchscreen keyboard. [Sent to: EunHee] Hey. What’s up?

It was a boring evening and after finishing her work for the day she'd been laying on her bed. Her best friend was nowhere to be seen as of the last week and she hadn't got any messages back so she lay in bed, sleep not coming to her as she sighed, puffing her cheeks as she browse through her phone for someone to annoy. She hadn't expected a reply so fast but she grinned when it came, the phone vibrating in her hand.

"Make this worth my time."

     The strong smells of street vendors and restaurants alike was wafting up and down the street, carried by the pre-spring air. Cars drove along the main road and people could be heard calling and shouting out, doing their respective daily businesses, whether it be shopping, going to work, coming back to work, all of the above and more. The smell wasn't helping Eunhee’s stomach though as she stood at one corner of the street, flyers in her hand and cap on her head, stepping in the way of every second person to cross her way.      ”Excuse me sir, can I have a minute please?” She said, stopping yet another man, sighing in relief when this one actually stayed rather than most of the people who were too busy to give her even a minute of their day.      ”Make this worth my time.” The man said and Eunhee frowned a little at the words the man spoke but swallowed down her sass because that would not earn her the clients she needed.      She sighed before taking a deep breath and holding out the flyer. “Hi..I work at the COEX Aquaritum in Seoul. We’re putting up a special exhibition. With dolphins and stuff. All the money collected is going to charity. We’re sponsoring children and adults…well basically any family who really needs it and has family members with cancer, we’re sponsoring their operations. Our goal is a dozen, but if we make enough more we’d like to sponsor more. Would you be able to come? Attend? Maybe get other people to attend?”

     Euhee spoke fast but she didn’t want to take up too much time. The last time she managed to get someone to stand and listen, they’d yelled at her for wasting too much time. The teen took a deep breath after her speech was done and gazed at the man expectantly, her outstretched hand still holding the flyer with details of the upcoming weekend long exhibition.

"I'm fine... it's just a little cut."

     The quiet sound of papers flipping and quick fingers tapping against the keys of many keyboards hovered in the air over the silent study area at the public library. Among the many heads of diligent students crouched over their work, one of them was Jo Eunhee.

     Eyes concentrated and highlighter held high in steady hands as she scanned the documents of closed court cases determining and studying the script documents as well as any other supporting facts and proof that were provided during the trails. It was amazing how even the worst of criminals got off the hook because of some clearly fake evidences, only to be found out later. Most cases being the lawyer and or judge being heavily bribed or just not adequate to their jobs. Just reading and studying some stupid cases pissed her off but this was the road she wanted to travel so she needed to analyze the best to the worst of cases to ever have hit the high and low courts.

     She barely heard the hiss of the girl just a cubicle over, the wince of pain pulling her out of her train of thought as she looked over to see the girl holding her finger that oozed thick red liquid.

     ”Ouch..paper cut?” She whispered only to jerk a little when some dick shushed her and she looked over, snarling slightly as she threw her eraser over the partition of her cubicle. "Beat it jackass. Someone’s hurt. Mind your own fucking business," she said before rolling her eyes and looking back over at the injured girl.

     "Sorry about that. Ignore the asshole. Here I got some band aids if you want..and disinfectant actually. What did you cut it on?" She asks as she casually reaches over into her backpack, pulling out a small first aid kid, shaking her head as the gril tried to pass it off as nothinng. "Hey, I'm all too familiar with small cuts. If they're not properly taken care of, you could get infections. Public places aren't exactly sanitary so it's better to be safe. Here let me patch it up yea?"

"Train station?" Henry blinked his eyes at the unfamiliar girl, a little caught off guard as he had been studying the notes he wrote down during the lecture he had like half an hour before. "Right, yes," he then said, stuffing his papers back into his bag and got up from the bench he sat on. "I gotta head there now as well, actually. It’s just a two-minute walk from here."

     Today was her big day. Eunhee had been waiting months for this day but as the clocked ticked closer to the time of her interview, she started to grow more and more anxious. What would they ask her? Was she prepared enough? She'd been preparing two years for this but still she felt like she knew nothing. It was just her luck that in her rush to leave her house she forgot the little piece of sticky she'd taped to her desktop screen with the address of the train station and building she needed to. 

     The teen sighed in slight relief when the boy actually seemed to have time to listen to her as many busy bodies had passed her when she'd tried to ask for help and she had to restrain herself from swearing at them down the street. She needed to be calm today. Calm and collected. And it was already beginning to be a challenge. 

     Eunhee hadn't been expecting the boy to actually take her there but when he offered she fell right into step with him with a light smile of gratitude. "Thank so much. You're saving my life right now and you have no idea," She chuckled, looking up and down the street. "Uhh....where is it exactly? I could't see any signs down the street. Unless I just missed them all in my hurry to find it."

 The man’s eyes widen to her statement as he looked at her. He had no idea what she was talking about. He’s not the type of person to even do that; his parents taught him better. “M-Me, a stalker?!” He shook his head in disbelief, “I’m no such thing, and that really hurt.” He frowned and rubbed his arm due to her recent attack.

     ”Look i’m really sorry ok? I told you I didn’t mean it.” And for once Eunhee was genuinely upset about having assaulted someone. On any normal occasion she wouldn’t have even cared to giving someone a black eye or shoving people into line when they got in her way. It was a second instinct to her. And it wasn’t entirely her fault that the boy wore a similar jacket to that of the man she’d caught following her around the neighborhood a few weeks prior. It was unlikely for the man to pop up right in the middle of this busy street of Seoul but she wasn’t going to take any chances. 

     She watched the boy carefully, hesitantly reaching out a hand but then pulling it back. She wanted to feel sorry and she did - a little - but she could’t help the small roll of her her eyes at the way the boy rubbed his arm. 

     ”You just got punched by a girl. It can’t have hurt that much. Though I do have some muscle but still. I’m sure you’ll live. It was all in the good name of self defense if anything.” Eunhee said, eyes carefully watching the boy.

"Do you like pretzels? 'Cause I don't want these."

Wind kissed red cheeks and a smoke of hot air blowing form her mouth, Eunhee put one step before the other as her ipod blared into her ears. Her hair was tied up, strays restarined with a sweat band wrapped around her head like a headband and her tracksuit hugged her form tight as her neon yellow sneakers crunched their way therough the pre-spring snow that littered the ground arond the park in central Seoul, just accross accross from her appartment. Ever since her last visit to her doctor she’d been paying a tad extra attention to her exercising routines and so today’s goal was 10 laps around the park. It was at her 9th though that she felt excessively out of breath and had to stop for a breather, the cold air piercing her lungs and she staggered a little to the side, crashing down onto a park bench. Maybe that’s what they meant by don’t bite more than you can chew. She pulled her waterbottle out of the light pack she was wearing and gulped some down, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand when a voice next to her spoke and she startled a little, head whipping to watch the man as she spoke. It was the most odd thing she’d ever seen. She stared at the man…or was it better to call him a boy? He didn’t look like man with those soft young features and not even a hint of wrinkle on his fair face. It almost irked her. Pretty boys often did. Their princess like looks were always enough to make any girl pissy. Eunhee didn’t let it bother her though and glanced down at the half opened bag that the boy offered her, raising his brows. "1. Who the hell are you. And 2..how do I know those pretzels are safe and you didn’t mix something in there so you can do away with me hmm?" She raised a brow, lips twitching into an amused smile. Hey, it wasn’t like she was getting up any time soon, not with the way her lungs stung so might as well engage in small talk.
