I keep thinking about this just-passed summer when I was working abroad, and I’d started the day horribly with a headache and a thousand queries from my rude ex-landlord who’s house I was desperately trying to cut ties with, and I needed to stay composed because I was running around all day conducting interviews, but knowing that I needed to just made me want to burst into tears more, so I ran off to a toilet and just bawled for five straight minutes by myself and then came out feeling surprisingly relaxed.
I sort of wish I could reach my crying point like that more often so I could just reset my stress levels for a bit and actually be professional and competent all the time instead of this frantic, anxious mess when in studio
