I think that my favorite part of wenclair is just how interesting Wednesday as a character in a romantic relationship is. especially with someone who's practically her exact opposite. it's just so unfitting for her entire personality, that her letting someone close to her heart almost seems preposterous. and some people say that it is and reject the ship because of that but that's the intrigue!
Wednesday is tough and strong and smart and everything else but she's independent to a fault and doesn't know how to rely on anyone else. so exploring her fight herself over her own romantic feelings for Enid and eventually learning to let someone in is the point! she may struggle at first but she's more than capable of growth and it's honestly also just a nice theme that I personally see myself in somewhat.
