SP2016 (#2) completely fixed! 😊😊 On the lefthand image: the new TL7524CN D/A converter that replaces the bad one (on the PA-54 board of the Analog Module) which was still outputting the effected signal even when the front panel Output Level slider was all the way down. On the main picture are all the five dead (or bad) guys found during the repair session of this second SP2016: the above-mentioned AD7524JD digital-to-analog converter, two 74LS74 dual D-type flip-flops, one 74F32 quad OR gate and, last but certainly not least, the huge 40-pin AD7546AD 16-bit D/A converter from the 16 kHz output section. Oh! and I almost forgot a dead 74LS670 4-bit register file, too...
