Kieran had left the party almost as soon as he’d arrived to follow Kara to investigate her feeling. They’d come across the body of the faerie and as her cry rang out through the town, the hell hound inside was compelled, and Kieran took to his duty, taking the faerie to the after life and leaving her at the large door he’d never seen past to be sorted by whichever god or entity or nothingness that she had believed in.
With his duties now complete he had made his way back to the gymnasium. Most everyone was gone, it was mainly guards and a few stragglers that remained. He wondered of those left how many had actually known the faerie, or if they were just sad by proxy. Picking up a plate at the end of the dessert table that still had food on it, he started picking up pieces here and there to put on it, topping it off with a slice of cake. Finished with collecting some food he went to the unmanned bar, mixing himself a rather large drink, before finding a table to sit at.
