okay so I know bad puppy is and will always be about Tim's journey but there's something so funny about the mental image of Wally listening to Dick vent & thinking 'man I love Dick and hope everything works out but thank god I don't have any younger siblings to worry about' only for this random bug-eyed kid to show up a few years later and go "hi! I'm like basically your long lost cousin from the future :D"
Oh my god I loveeee Bart that’s so good!! I would really love to get far enough into the timeline to introduce Bart into Bad Puppy, it would be so fun :)
Wally is truly trying his best to be there for Dick and to understand him, but he just doesn’t get what it’s like to have younger siblings who look up to him and depend on him.
And then like a month after Bart shows up Wally calls Dick and he’s like “Dude, you didn’t tell me it would be like this.”
And Dick laughs and he’s like, “Well I sure tried to.”
