Who would have ever thought that butting in on someone’s space in a rainstorm would lead to a new friend? Even more than that, who would have imagined that he would be standing at that new friend’s door, fist hesitantly hovering – almost as if he were afraid to knock, afraid to cross the bridge that he had come to cross? The vision would be crazy to most, some bad dream that left him shaken and spouting off nonsense, but Kitae highly doubted that Fang Jin would consider it just a product of too many horror movies before bed.

He finally let knuckles rap quickly and intensely across the wood, then took a step back to grant space once the door was opened. Hardly waiting for a welcome, words tumbled out before he could stop them. “We need to talk…now. About something I saw – you. Look, I can explain everything, but I need you to listen all the way to the end. I need you to trust me, okay? It’s going to sound crazy…but…just trust me. Can I come in?”

The scene before him was breathtaking. A beautiful waterfall fed a crystal-clear pond beneath, while orange and white koi swam playfully. Bright, lush green tree branches hung over the water, casting a serene shadow on the pond, despite the bright sunshine overhead. Stones formed a neat path down to the water’s edge, and left wide rocks at it’s edges – a perfect place to sit, either to get lost in one’s thoughts or to dip toes into the water. Minsu was half-tempted to do just that, tempted to take a break from the stresses of his thesis and just enjoy this dreamscape, when he saw a man sitting on one of the rocks that had been hidden from his view.

Curiosity got the better of him, feet following the path down toward the banks of the pond. A timid wave followed a quiet, “hello,” when he caught the other man’s attention. “I’m sorry to intrude, but this place is…” Eyes lit up with wonder, small smile playing across tired features. “It’s so beautiful. I didn’t mean to interrupt your dream.”

The man would wake later, thinking of the odd dream, but Minsu had never found any harm in sitting for a minute, talking to the people whose dreamscapes he happened into by accident. They would wake thinking it was nothing more than some random, vivid dream – some stranger’s face that their subconscious had manifested as they slept. “Do you dream of this place often?”

[ oh my god, all but a few muses that would taste a bit sour bc of their personalities (which that would be Shinji and Tenji bc those two are grumps). HOWEVER, I would say the same to you too bb bc your muses are *chef kisses* and I love Fang Jin bc he’s a cutie ;; ]

🙌 - mannerisms that your muse has when they’re extremely happy

This may be a little subtle to spot, but Tenji would probably lower his head down and scoff faintly, or even looking away but this is because he does not want others to see he’s happy behind the grumpy face.

☠️ - does your muse fear death?

Given his affiliation with the supernatural, Eiji isn’t afraid of death and pretty much is already used to it. However, he was a little nervous that he would be stuck in limbo due to his comatose state a few years back, even wondering how he feels close to death every time during that period. 

⚪ - what are small things that mean something to your muse

For Oliver, it would be seeing others with a smile on their faces. He usually sees this whenever he attempts to help others, no matter if it’s a tiny thing -- and that alone makes him feel as if he did something good for them, just like what his dad would do.

As for Ryo, simplicity is the way to go for her. If you give her a simple looking toy or trinket or bring her to places that probably requires you to just wander around and admire the scenic view, she’s more than content.
