I don't know who needs to read this right now, but it gets better.
You hit the bottom before you start looking up. You gotta look up before you start climbing back. You might stumble a few times; you might even fall back down a bit. But you are strong. You can make it. Your journey is yours, but there are hands reaching for you.
It takes one choice to better yourself. Everyone's one choice is different, but you know it when you make it. How? You'll feel lighter.
I am still climbing, and I don't look down. Even if I trip and fall, I don't look down. If I can do it, so can you.
