I missed national coming out day, but I would still like to inform everyone that in conclusion

Of course I'm still figuring stuff out but this is the label that fits me best for now, and though I don't really feel that safe coming out to most of my family, I feel like I should put this out there to take a step in actually saying it out loud! i always see people talk about feeling hollow but never about the opposite of feeling hollow. the feeling of your body caving in on itself. the sudden storm of emotion that's so strong and intense, it feels like something else is inside you and clawing at your skin. the feeling that if you let it out, it won't be "you" anymore. the feeling of either soul crushing grief or burning anger. anything you can think of that's just misery. what's even worse is you feel these emotions, but you can't even feel your own heart beating. you just feel wrong and hurt
