hey is it just me, or would you expect a company that’s been around for 15 years to have some sort of internal resource planning metrics and a basic operational structure that gets strictly adhered to? because one of my tasks is to reset metrics, and looking at all the old stuff... why don’t we just follow this shit? why are we just not adhering??

and pettily, it’s even the fact that mulan is the first live action disney adaptation to forgo the entire musical aspect
but people are forgetting something else. why do i want to see a wuxia film written, directed, and produced by white people if i can just go watch an actual chinese wuxia film?
