People don’t talk about Stone being the crazy one enough. Like, yeah, Robotnik might be a lunatic, but he’s not the one that heard his boss was wiped off the face of the earth and decide to make a coffee shop in his name. Not the mention the fact that he paid enough attention to recreate the guy’s tech to make a makeshift lab in the Mean Bean. Also, the “pin yourself against the wall” scene in its entirety. According to Stone’s sigh, it’s happened before. Which would mean that he knows that having a smart mouth would mean he’d have to pin himself up against a wall, yet he still did it🤔. And then, despite showing no fear just seconds before, looks terrified. I think he was putting on an act to make Eggman feel better. And why would he want to make the madman feel better even though it’s definitely not in his job description? CAUSE HE’S CRAZY!

My lovely wife @bispokishreader made them an adorable Evil Lab (it's on the second floor of their house)! They got married last night, lol. None of the guest would sit down for the damn ceremony, but they were happy so I don't mind 💕

A question that may take a long time, but... If Tech and/or Rev were villains, what would their motives be? Why would they have become villains? And how would they act?

That’s a pretty good question. What if Tech and/or Rev were villains? Tech would be motivated by the pursuit of order and respect. He rarely got respect at ACME Tech and most wanted to use his inventions for profit rather than the betterment of society. To him, people were too greedy and flawed to achieve perfect harmony. Did he want to eradicate humanity? No, it would be too messy and complications could emerge down the line. What he wanted was to rule it, to use his inventions to upgrade it. After all, technology was made to benefit humanity. He prefers the company of his inventions over people, similar to Robotnik from Sonic and dare I say William Afton from FNAF.

Meanwhile, Rev motivated by the promise of freedom to do as he pleases. His dad wanted him to take over the family business, disregarding his son’s wishes. Rev doesn’t like being tied down and he sees villainy as a way to do as he pleases. He’s smart and fast, with a penchant for chaos.

I can imagine them as a duo with Rev being a scout and Tech operating in the shadows. The roadrunner takes on missions and runs errands while Tech operates from their lair, having his inventions assist Rev. Rev loves to get under Tech’s skin but respects his intellect and inventions. Meanwhile, Tech finds use in Rev and is actually somewhat glad there is someone that can understand his technical jargon. He’s also the only other living being Tech could be in a room with without vomiting. So yeah, we’ve got toxic husbands-
