|| I did TL Kudari which is evil version of TL Emmet so it was time for Ingo’s doppleganger .
Nobori is cruel , stern ,smart, sees himself as a leader type , has a temperament and a bit of a brute though he does his best to stay professional.
Nobori is a lot stronger physically than magically or in the time power department but doesn’t mean his powers don’t leave a hard impact , just like his brother Kudari they found a way to weaponise Time Powers through different ways of manipulation. ||
