Two of a kind - Kyung & Min
Sometimes he really hated being up for hire.
Right now he needed to get as far as possible from his current location and companions, because being around so many people he’d purposefully avoided for so long was starting to get on his nerves. Sure the pay was great, but working with people that had previously tried to kill his loved ones along with him, or at least injure him severely wasn’t ever fun. The job was done, he'd gotten what was needed and the payment was already safe in his bank accounts so he could disappear for all they cared.
Going home at the moment wasn’t an option, being angry and caged inside a flat, no matter how big, was never a good idea, much less now that Lucifer was there. He’d have to fling himself off a building if anything happened to the little cat because of him. He also didn't really need another fire in his house.
Right now Kyung needed to blow something up, and maybe sing very badly for a while in an isolated place. He left his ride somewhere in the outskirts of the city and started walking fast and resolute down the street, his mind running through possible locations. There were a few abandoned warehouses not too far off now that he thought about it, that were in the exact opposite direction he was going. He turned on his heel and headed that way, pulling the hood of his jacket up.
The thief’s mind was at unease despite his best efforts to shut out the feelings bubbling up. He breathed in deeply as he reached his destination, quickly scanning for anyone there, and finding the place as silent as the grave. Perfect. He leaned down and picked up a few rocks from the floor, rolling them in his hands and watching them start to glow faintly.
