a new addition to my steadily growing pile of fantrolls, or, well... i would call him new but he really isnt! hes been rattling around in my head for months
his name is evrett whynne and he writes for an alternian news organization, but hes a bit of a dreamer and prefers creative writing and mysteries
who does evrett get along with best!!
out of my fantrolls, he’s only familiar with faiere (and somnia by extension), so im gonna have to go with the cheap answer and say that he gets along best with her (even if he knew the others). faiere is just outwardly polite and understanding to others and evrett and her share… similar ideals? not quite the same, because faiere is very fixated on finding meaning in the universe, and evrett sympathizes but mostly just likes to write and be around other people. faiere’s a minor celebrity (he finds out about her through her performances) and he thinks she’s really inspiring because that’s the public persona she projects
they’re not very close, his… station? towards her doesnt really allow that (hes pining and faiere is aro and Very Aware that he’s pining) plus somnia gets that role anyways, but yeah. they’re both creatives and they both understand each other (or at least evrett understands faiere on a surface level) and she lets him be himself
