why does the campus library open at 1pm? why? do they just assume no one will use it before then on sundays? bc they're wrong!!! i need library spaces to get work done and i would rather be working before 1pm!!!!

and once again i have to ask: why are there four fucking locked study rooms that no one can use???? are they haunted??? bc that is the only explanation i’ll accept and even then i would probably take my chanceS!!!!

so today in astronomy my professor was essentially like “the only reason human beings don’t appear to glow is because our eyes are evolved not to notice it.” so now as someone who has only a marginal understanding of how science works all i can think is that there is a species of aliens to whom we are these glowing beings

in my linguistics class we’re learning the international phonetic alphabet and translating words and sentences and i am having such a blast it’s like a secret code it’s so fun omg

man this girl in my american lit class was like “hey, how come there’s no sylvia plath on our syllabus?” and the professor was like “oh! you’re right! i’ll see what i can do about that” and all i could think was “just fuckign get rid of hemmingway just get him outta there”

u would think that as a junior i'd know enough ppl in my major to not feel awkward and out of place in a new major course but u would be wrong

tryin to write a good analysis of this poem but strugglin bc i know my asshole of a brit lit professor is prob gonna think it’s a dumb analysis based on the fact that he’s SUPER OLD and HATES MODERN FEMINISTS

the annual drag show was super gr8 and has only served as a reminder that i am tiny queer garbage and tall gorgeous drag queens and small cute drag kings make me very nervous
