The yan. Ex-Pops, find your presence calming as a Sinyala facility member. You are one of their few caretakers, probably the only one that doesn't react to them with overwhelming disgust.

The Ex-Pop isn't a threat to you, but everyone else around you is fair game. They'll escape their holding cells just to follow you around the facility. It happens so often that you have your own emergency button that pings the nearest guards when you spot one of them. Sometimes you don't immediately press it. That catches the attention of several high-ranking facility members when they get the report of what the cameras have captured.

They enjoy mimicking the sounds you make, sometimes the actions you do. If you hum, they hum, even if it's off-key and staticky. If you are picking things up, they'll help you, sometimes holding them away from you just so they can have your attention. A lot of them rely on their hearing, so you making noise soothes them.
