I'm always worrying 24/7.
It gets bad to the point that I can't sleep well or eat well which it isnt a good thing to do.
I also get bad headaches...🥺
Anxiety culture is worrying your worried about the wrong things but can't make yourself stop
Worrying is something that is like easily controlled if that’s the write words? Hopefully that made sense but it’s alright, I’m sure what ever you are worrying about, it has a valid reason.
anxiety culture is overthinking and worrying to the point where you believe all fears to be your reality and doubt the reassurance and validation others give you
A lot of us can relate to that sort of thing. If it ever becomes too much, don‘t be afraid to seek help <3
When you are overwhelmed with thoughts or overthinking.
Think to yourself, is this thought helpful or hurtful?
If it’s hurtful and does nothing but increase your anxiety, tell those thoughts to shhhhh 🤫
If the thoughts are helpful, you can continue with those thoughts.
It might help to visualize helpful and hurtful as 2 paths. Say to yourself you refuse to go down the hurtful path.
Also, write “helpful or hurtful “ on a card( like index card, something you can keep in your pocket and take with you) pull it out as a tangible reminder to encourage healthy self-talk
