Exercises to remove super effective cellulite

Between your skin and your muscles there is a layer of connective tissue . Think of it as a sponge around your muscles. If the sponge is hydrated, it will remain flexible, elastic and soft.
But if you become dehydrated, the fat cells in your legs will multiply (not like the cells in your stomach, which tend to expand before multiplying).

This damages the collagen fibers in your thighs and stretches them like an old sweater that has lost its shape. This is how cellulite finally appears on the skin.

This is why despite losing weight and reducing body fat, cellulite will not disappear, as the tissue in that area is damaged.
Losing weight will undoubtedly help, but the true way to get rid of cellulite is by attacking the root of the problem, that is rehydrating the damaged tissue.
What to do then?

Slowly put your legs together . Now separate them, as if you were making an angel in the snow.
Perform between 8 and 10 repetitions. Rest and take two deep breaths. Then move the roller to the middle of your thighs and perform 8-10 more repetitions.
Rest for a few seconds and finally lower the roller until it is almost at the knees. In this position, repeat 8-10 repetitions.
This whole exercise should take you between 4 and 5 minutes.
Inside flights
Figure A:
Lie on the right side of your body, with the roller in front of you .
Figure B:
Let your head rest on your right arm. Rest your calves on the roller, forming a 90 degree angle with your thighs.
Figure C:
Roll your body in the direction of the roller, so that your knee is forward 2 centimeters to this. Then, stretch your left foot so that it is perpendicular to your body.
Finally bring your foot up, trying to move the roller a little inwards to get a better support.
Perform 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions each leg.
Twist of thighs
Figure A:
Position the inner part of your right thigh on the roller, almost at the level of the knee, and stretch it. Flex the left knee and use it as support.
Figure B:
By applying pressure consistently on the roller, apply a movement so that it is below the top of your thigh.
Figure C:
Once you have reached this position, rotate your leg until the back of your thigh rests on the roller.
Take two deep breaths and return to the starting position. Perform 6 to 8 repetitions with each leg.
