the thing is that i don't have a lot to say because i just invented him in that moment that i was typing it buuuuuutttttt i am thinking like. okay. so you know how dean tells sam that john used to go and check on him at standford? and how everyone is kinda like hmm sounds fake my guy i think actually it was dean that did that? well that scenario but while dean is in the ~area he also hits up the local nightlife but in places where he knows he won't run into sam (i.e. gay bars) and well. maybe he meets a dude and whenever he's in town he calls him and maybe it's sam's professor but dean doesn't know that. why would that ever come up? (it comes up in the future, post-canon, when sam and dean and cas all run into him and hilarious awkwardness ensues) @eyelinerdean
