I know this kind of thing is tiresome, but indulge me: Over the last five years, I have seen Santana and Ortiz somewhere in the neighborhood of 25-30 times, often in extremely small venues in front of crowds that hovered around 250. I don’t have any particular insight into what they’re like as people, but no one in wrestling has worked harder than them. It was a surreal feeling to see them on TNT, wrestling in front of a sold out crowd of 14,000. Those guys deserve nothing but success.
