oh you have opened the floodgates my friend.... take some headcanons
- his name in no way actually resembles jammy. no one knows his real name because people started calling him jammy and everyone forgot it. jammy has 0 problem with this
- he and ben have one of those weird complicated bro handshakes, it takes a solid 45 seconds to complete and they go "ayyyyy!!! yooooo!!!!!!" the whole time. it is slightly dangerous.... (accounts for at least 6 of jammys current injuries)
- this is kind of canon but hes missing the eye and ear that his bandages are covering. i personally think it was a gunpowder accident, probably him getting too cocky with the cannon
- he can play a MEAN mandolin when his fingers arent broken
- hes definitely an adrenaline junkie and it is the ONLY reason he became a soldier, but it also manifests in things like "dare me to try and kiss that hollow man on the lips just kidding! im going to regardless"
- kinda obvious but this mans immune system is absolutely cracked. he'll get sick for maybe a day at most and not even notice
- similarly, whenever he got injured before the army "walk it off" was his MANTRA. medical attention was kind of forced on him when he enlisted
- he is entirely unphased by his own death. ben sees him again and cries like a baby and hes like "bro u good?"
- i feel like hes either aromantic or just generally not interested in romance tbh, he def gives the vibe of someone more interested in a platonic life partner than a romantic one
- overall hes an adhd mood. will walk into rooms and immediately forget why hes there. attention span flicks between 100 and -5 like a light switch. flaps his hands into tables walls etc. the works
- he has gay moms. just trust me here
- he has 0 spice tolerance. this does not stop him. nothing will stop him
- he and ben have entirely unintelligible conversations consisting of noises and eyebrows
