What is OS Circular Fashion ? This site is a repository for a range of Fabricademy projects created at Fab Labs all across the globe. It is an open catalogue of the students work whilst they complete this course. The materials that are used are varied depending on the project. Their work is available for download for non-commercial purposes.
What is its process ? There are vast amounts of processes from moulding, laser cutting, bioengineering, 3D printing, electronics. All of the projects are connected by using fab lab equipment as most the projects are created within the fabricacademy study framework.
What are some connections with our key terms ? Some key terms connected with the OS Circular Fashion catalogue:
-Open source, Collaboration (this site provides information of the processes and extensive information for other fablab users to recreate and add on to each catalogued project).
-Fab-lab (the site is operated by the Fabricademy programme and the designs shown are created in these fab labs).
-Digital Fabrication (all designs use at least one digital fabrication process).
-Re-engineer, Reverse-engineer (making new designs through deconstructing and reconstructing materials through digital fabrication processes.
