This weekend I decided to change my work out and go to the ‘Face Gym’. After advice from a leading facialist  that explained out of the 650 muscle’s in our body that 50 are in our face and they get overlooked. I booked in for the hangover cure which promised to   ‘focus on lymphatic drainage to help detox and reduce puffiness.’ I have long suffered with puffy eyes so i was excited for this treatment. The treatment is completely different to anything I have had before, as its not product driven, they use an un branded cleanser where they warm the face up with a facial Swiss ball and stretching exercises. followed by coconut oil, which I normally use for cooking smothered all over my face. Its then for about 10 continuous that deep pressure is applied across the whole face and neck, so this defies any chance of nodding off in your facial.

The treatment ends with the neck and jawline been massaged, the therapist then uses http://royalfern.de/ products to finish the treatment, the serum gave an even skin tone across the face. Overall my skin felt 70% better than it did when I walked in. I haven’t had a facial for over 6 months so I don’t know if I need about 2 – 3 to feel 100% results as it’s a new technic. Overall I loved the treatment, my only downside was that it’s in the middle of the shop floor, so that luxury feeling wasn’t  there. there is an opportunity to book in the private room that I didn’t pick up on, so with that news  I definitely will be working out again.
