WRG!Tribute: Mum's The Word...
A Tribute to Those Amazing Women in Our Lives
In Memorium: Rashida Ally (1964 - 2007)
Aunt. Mentor. Friend.
Mothers are a spectacular species, a gift from God, those precious gems we have all been blessed with, to whom no diamond can compare. The word 'mother' can never truly be defined, for mothers are placed in a truly unique category above the rest of mankind.
With their nurturing; loving; intuitive nature, they act on instinct to protect and care for their offspring, do the best they can for their little angels and educate and encourage them in hopes of creating and maintaining a positive future for all.
God has miraculously created women with the best qualities of tenderness and purity so they may impart their valuable knowledge and attributes on the future generations of the world. A mother is not merely the woman who bore you, but that incredible woman in your life whom you've come to know and love, be it your grandmother; aunt; teacher or even your neighbour.
If there is a lady in your life who has enhanced your perception of the world and favourably contributed to your world view, she is an irreplaceable maternal figure who has greatly impacted your life in some way whether you realise it or not. God has bestowed mums with the most affluent title and status in the eyes of society, from our mutual mother Eve to the Virgin Mary, we should embrace the true worth of these dazzling jewels, beneath whose feet are said to lie the gardens of Paradise.
Whether they are still with us today, or watching over us from Heaven, our mothers have left us with beautiful unforgettable tales; memories; lessons and advices which will live eternally with us and should assist in making us better people with better morals and values.
Respect. Love. Honour. To the women who hold up half the sky (and then some) and bring up the next generation and often the one after.
So love, spoil and pray for your mums, not just on a single day each year designated to buying her flowers and chocolates, but rather every day of every year of your life - the life they helped create.
