Mindless Self Indulgence Turned Me Wicked Gay
Let me tell you a little story about a band... When I was 12 years old, I stumbled across this band on Myspace called Mindless Self Indulgence. They had "dirty" lyrics and I felt like a total badass listening to them, it was stuff my parents would hate if they knew I listened to them. Funny story, I sometimes hear my mum drifting around humming "Faggot"
MSI is a band that I can listen too in every mood and feel all filled with fucking glee and get pumped up afterwards. I listen to MSI before job interviews, auditions, before I go on stage, or anything I really need to rock the shit out of.
When I lived in Germany, they never played shows in my area. I used to just sit around on youtube and watch videos from their shows. Going on my third year back in the states, I finally have the chance to win free tickets to a show IN MY AREA. I've been bugging the shit out of everyone I know to help me out, I've never seen friends pull through for me like they are now. Tonight is the night I send in the links to all my propaganda. I feel confident, this band is a staple band for me, it would be seriously ridiculous to NOT win.
