cutting people off anon here. Cam is still following a model by the name of Faiith Lynch. During the beginning of lockdown he was quite active on her page, liked a lot of her posts, commented, and apparently they also talked a lot. She has a fan group chat that she herself is also in where she talks to her fans. One shameless fan (Leanna) also became a member of that group chat. She asked Faith about Cameron and Faith talked about him and at some point even shared a screenshot she took of him during one of their Facetime chats. Leanna posted that picture to Twitter thinking it was cute until people pointed out that that was a private picture probably taken without his consent. Leanna argued that he must have agreed to having the picture taken but ultimately took it down. He was lying in bed in that picture and smiling, it looked like a super intimate moment. After that incident he did not unfollow her but he never liked a single one of her posts again or interacted with her openly in any way and nobody ever heard of them interacting privately in any way again either. It was pretty clear that he had not agreed to have a private moment and an intimate picture used for her bragging about knowing him intimately.

I've heard about this before, as have several of my friends. But.. No one has ever seen that picture. I mean, it's Twitter and a photo of Cam on the bed someone would definitely have saved. no doubt. And since it is Leanna and she is a rather dubious person, I do not know how true it is.
