You just have to be within an 8 mile radius from borough market. 🧆 For £20 you get everything you need to make 5 falafel wraps: Raw Beiruti falafel mix Chopped salad Tahini sauce Chilli sauce Crunchy pickles Khobez flatbreads. 🧆 I don’t think I’ve ever deep fried anything before, so I was a bit worried about this part, especially as you need the oil to 170c and I didn’t have a thermometer. But I managed to make them perfectly without the need for one, and now I have the deep fry bug, it’s so much fun! I really like the tahini sauce, and the wraps are great when you get the texture of the falafel perfect, it’s got a great crunch inside that wrap.
