I've always loved butternut squash and it's definitely my favorite fall/winter squash but holey moley this cute little Honeynut Squash!!! .. This was an impulse buy because of the adorable size and unique coloration but after cutting in half, roasting in the oven with garlic and paprika and topping with some @earthbalance buttery spread it is officially my new favorite squash! 😍
