i dont hate any trends tbh, but i am really happy we don't make pale gifs anymore 💀

9. What/who inspired you to start making gifs?

ohhh, it's been 10 years so i don't really remember but i think i had a friend in high school who made lana del rey gifs, and i downloaded photoshop because of him

yes, but it's been a long time, it happened a lot in the one direction fandom

closing in on 10 years, baby! i started in 2012 on a sideblog, and made this blog in 2013

47. Any advice for novice gif makers/people who want to start making gifs?

oh this is a tough one. my first advice would be to use HD footage if you can. i only just in the last month started working with 4k movies, and it literally changed my life. also, what i wish someone had told me when i started is to not care about how much attention a gif set gets, the most important part is that you had fun making it! i still struggle with this to this day but i try to remind myself of this as often as i can
