On August 29 every year, Ukraine commemorates the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders in honor of Ukrainian defenders who have sacrificed their lives in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Ukrainian pilot, Andrii 'Juice' Pilshchykov, is one of three Ukrainian pilots who died tragically in a training accident near Zhytomyr, Ukraine, on August 25, 2023.
