The Black Lake Forest

(Excerpts from my music www.soundcloud.com/fallenpharaoh) You stole their hearts From underneath the stars Trading death for knowledge When they were not sinful (they knew no evil) (they've tasted persuasion) You were made To be bright And be great In my sight But you betrayed My delight And degrade Me in spite of All the ways That I sought To create A Pure light But I will trade You the rights And my child To make it right Your greatest day made a chasm is space time (that's your downfall) My one mistake Was my trusting We were alined (but I knew the truth) Now I am faced With denying My own nature (To desert their hearts) Just to erase The proof of my Own imperfections (Since they're all sinful!) Why did you try To overthrow my Own creation? Did you think I wouldn't know Upon its formation? One thing is true: You murdered My one incarnation, But not even you Saw this would Bring total salvation (bridge and after last chorus) I let your darkness take its course To show what your heart stood for. It was a long and gruesome fight But the greater power won the war. Now there is a much greater light Reaching across the universe. Your face was like the morning star But you no longer shine forth.

Failed Disciple

( Excerpt from my music www.soundcloud.com/fallenpharaoh ) Maybe I thought since you We're omniscient You'd know all our intentions And not get caught up In semantics Like what is love and Who really feels it But the weight of the world is still not lifted The veil's been torn But we can't see through it I can't admire eternal fire Who knows the secret To a happy life but Withholds the light I'm a failed disciple Caught in the cycle Of a Self assured Whole realized demise Seen the face of lost hope I can't escape I can't cope My nature makes us Inescapable rivals. I make time my idol Now you're afraid of my soul A sculpture made just to be hated by his sculpter I Don't wanna be a bastard But it's the truth im after Will sacrifice eternal life to know! If you're the original Romantic Chances are you'd give Infinite chances But our worlds still wrought with deranged panic Primal rage scorched Eyes turned frantic Well maybe it's time to flood the planet And vanish evil Just like Atlantis Send a flaming spiral To spark revival Amongst your people Who will murder children To just for survival! We're all failed disciple Caught in the cycle Of a Self assured Fully realized demise We're a clan who's lost hope Exhiled from our home Our nature made us Inescapable rivals. We make time our idol Now you afraid of our soul Sculptures made just to be hated by their sculpter Don't wanna be a bastard But it's the truth we're after Will sacrifice eternal life Just to know! Time has become my idol And I don't want to die But if life is only about survival I'm going to lose my mind Drifting further towards being suicidal And see why all them chose to Say goodbye
