The Falling music video, making it they were actually pretty nice to me, they warmed the water slightly which was nice. It was also freezing outside while we were filming it so, I think I would have got pretty ill if they hadn't warmed it, but I appreciate that all the same thank you very much. There's a few things in it for me. That feeling of kind of being overwhelmed, you know you can feel like you're drowning sometimes in however you're feeling. And the fact that it's coming from the piano, I guess you know it's like, writing these songs are what helps but also they can hurt you sometimes.

I think, with that one, for me it was like when we were writing it--and I think when I'm writing it's not, I'm never thinking about oh is this gonna be a single, is this gonna work, is this gonna get played on the radio--so I think the fact that when we were writing it we were just having so much fun, and like dancing around the room and stuff, I think that's kind of like, this is really fun. And then you finish it and you're like oh. Maybe this bangs a little bit.

Harry: A virgin.

Watermelon Sugar is about, definitely like the euphoria of kind of, being in love with someone. It's similar I guess to Adore You but it's more about the kind of all-encompassing like visceral euphoria of being with someone new and you start seeing someone and just kind of like wanting to immerse yourself in them.

Um. I'd say, I'd say this album is uh, will be a time of my life that I will look back on, um, as like quite a pivotal moment for me personally I think, probably forever. I just went through like a big moment of self-reflection I partly maybe didn't have time to do properly before, and kind of accepting a lot of things. [I: Well it was busy right!] Yeah! [I: Because you were in the band, and then you were out of the band, and you're--] Yeah it's just kind a lot of stuff kind of after each other. And I think with this one, after touring with the first album, um, I just felt very like accepted by the crowd, and you know I think when you're doing shows and stuff as part of the band, um, people have come, even with like the shows, like people have come to see a band. And it never, it never really feels like they're there for you, because they're not, they're there to see a band. So I think when I went out and started doing shows on my own, I was kind of just amazed that people were coming to see me and um that felt like oh, I just need to do what I wanna do, and they wanna see me be myself, and um, [I: They're there for you, that must do something for you] yeah and it's like uh, a really amazing connection, that's like a special thing you share with the people who come every night.
