[85] Falstrati - Monsoonsiren (Project Mooncircle - 2015)

The young vocalist Nathan Manon, a.k.a. Monsoonsiren, earlier this year released a five track EP with the Berlin based Project Mooncircle record label and in collaboration with Go Yama, Insightful, Laplace and Galimatias. 

The music production of each track follows the introspective journey of Monsoonsiren’s vocals. In particular in tracks like Geisha produced by Insightful the melody merges perfectly together with the vocals in a poignant spiral which spins you pensively. I admire the work done in Glasstables produced by Go Yama. The effects of the voice and the synths is like an out-of-tune slow dance. In Maso produced by Laplace the gravitas of this EP and of Manon’s performance reaches the peak and the brightest dark momentum.
