Sometimes, a character is either one, both of neither. A character necessarily doesn't have to entertaining, takes up the spotlight for you to go "hm, I wonder what that character's deal is". Sometimes a character doesn't have to pique your curiosity to make you laugh. They show up, you applaud and don't think nothing else about them. Sometimes, a character does both or neither.

right okay so. i fear that some of you are under the impression that i am a good writer. or, at the very least, an organized one.

i am here to dispel this illusion.

i took a long break from fandom for lots of reasons, and i started writing again late in 2023, so i have a big split in my before and after work. this is also when i changed my ao3 name (the pseud that I primarily post under) from hanatamago to hollow-lime-green.

tomorrow, i will respond to all of your mentions with WIPs that you might expect from me, and fandoms y'all might actually care about.

but first, let us go back in time to 2022, and we shall dive into my WIP folder then. content warning: clusterfuck

i wrote for a lot of fandoms. i didn't end up posting for all that many. perhaps this is unsurprising given the volume of fic i have published in the past few years, but i write a lot of stuff. a lot of it never makes it out of the drive.

i have left most of these as their original draft titles, but as it turns out i have pretty boring and self-explanatory titles. the four highlighted folders are also fanfics - big fics. so, if you feel spicy, feel free to ask me about my old old wips. who knows, maybe there's a fandom on here that surprises you. there's a few fandoms that i haven't even labeled - do you recognize them?

RULES: make a new post with the names of all the files in your WIP folder, regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous and tag as many people as you have WIPs. People send an ask with the title that most intrigues them, then you post a snippet or tell them something about it.

tomorrow (or later) i will make another post with my more recent WIPs, and in that one MAYBE I'll tag people etc etc. (i know y'all have ALL already been tagged). but you can also just consider yourself tagged if you see this!
