do u think the hate for katara is justified or is it simply misogyny??
From what I've seen a fuck ton of it is pure mysogyny since most of the complaints I've seen about her are either based on things that are exaggerated, never happened in canon, or that are true but that people don't give a fuck about when the male characters do as well.
You get some valid criticisms here and there, but most of what I've seen is the fandom hating on her for no real reason... and then acting like she's a saint so they can shit on other female characters, like Mai and Azula.
