The absolute worst. I had to deliver a training class in work the other day, I just wanted to curl up in a ball.

Oh man, awful! I'm bad enough saying things in front of groups of colleagues, this thing's open to the public. Seriously injuring myself in a bid to get out of it looks pretty appealing right now.
