A Proposal to Those Who Too Have Issues With The Lack of Proper Wikis Dedicated to the Information and Details Added to Terraria via. Mods, by Your Friendly, Local Researcher, Mr. Y

Through the efforts and creation of various mods comes the existence and development of various wikis dedicated to individual mods or mods altogether for the video game known as Terraria.

I, through my time playing these mods, have done a number of Google searches to gain a better understanding on the crafting and gathering of items within the game. Through these efforts, I have made a horrific discovery. A discovery so foul, I am surprised it has not been corrected since.

It appears that most wikis either lack the proper updating or lack information on mods altogether. For example, I, for the life of me, was unable to uncover a wiki page anywhere dedicated to detailing the process of obtaining Perfection Tokens from AlchemistNPC, nor the respective items made from said token.

As such, I have decided to make a proposal. I will research the endeavors necessary to create a proper wiki detailing information on the mods I have played and my time with them. I believe I am certified to pursue such a task with my 70+ hour character utilizing the same set of mods I have since the beginning of the profile. The wiki would talk about Tremor, Thorium, Calamity, AlchemistNPC, and other mods that I currently have installed.

Of course, mods such as Calamity already have a wiki, which may be fully up to date. Though, I have no way of determining such, nor the time to sift through every page out there and figuring out whether or not the information is present.

This idea came to me through Fargo’s and Thorium, primarily Thorium. I am telling you from the bottom of my heart, I could not find the butterflies required for the creation of Fargo’s enchantments anywhere. I could not find the spawn rates or guides on farming these fucking insects anywhere. I was so ENRAGED BY ALL THE TIME I HAD WASTED TRYING TO CRAM A BUG INTO A NET, I HAD TO INSTALL A MOD TO SPONTANEOUSLY GENERATE BUTTERFLIES OUT OF THIN AIR. I HAD THE BUTTERFLY CHARM AND THE BUTTERFLY LURE BOTH ACTIVE. I MUST HAVE SPENT MORE THAN 2 HOURS HUNTING VARIOUS BUTTERFLIES. BUTTERFLIES! FUCKING BUTTERFLIES!

My apologies for my outburst. Regardless, this wiki would provide such vital details on butterfly hunting so others may not endure the same fate I have. MUST I ALSO MENTION I WENT THROUGH TENS OF WORLDS TO FIND SCORPIONS OR INSECTS IN GENERAL? I SWEAR IT WAS AFTER GOING THROUGH 50+ WORLDS THAT I FOUND A SINGLE SCORPION. A SINGLE. SCORPION. JUST ONE! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. THE BUTTERFLIES ARE EVEN MORE ABSURDLY RARE. WHY IS IT THAT FARGO’S DECIDED IT WOULD BE NECESSARY FOR INSECTS TO BE APART OF ENCHANTMENTS? DOES IT KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK UNTIL I GAVE UP AND WENT THROUGH AN EVENT FOR THE GENESIS OF BUTTERFLIES? THIS IS TRULY RIDICULOUS! HOURS UPON HOURS AND TENS OF WORLDS SEARCHED FOR A BUG WITH FUCKING WINGS! FOR FUCKING BUTTERFLIES!!

And as such, to keep others from following the same fate I have, madness through Fargo’s and Thorium working together to create such absurd crafting recipes needing animals that are apparently overly difficult to find, I propose a wiki where the proper guides and spawn rates of such animals would be listed, alongside other vital pieces of information.

Wells Fargo's 'inconsistent' bankruptcy program troubles bank in court

When Rodney Wayne Weidenbenner went to sleep on March 11, 2014, every penny he had left in the world was in four Wells Fargo accounts.

When he woke up, the money was gone — seized by Wells Fargo.

Like many New York small-business owners, Weidenbenner watched his income collapse after the Great Recession. Mounting bills forced the father of two and his wife to file for bankruptcy protection in early March 2014. In the filing, they arranged for roughly $ 6,900 to remain available for essentials: business expenses, prescription medication and diapers for their youngest child.

The nation’s fourth-largest bank had other ideas. Claiming that the bankruptcy code required it to preserve estate funds and follow the trustee’s directions regarding the money, Wells Fargo cut off access to almost all the money, court documents show.

That action stunned a struggling family trying to make a fresh start — and was ruled wrongful control of the Weidenbenners’ bank accounts by Bankruptcy Court Judge Cecelia G. Morris. Last December, Morris awarded the Weidenbenners $ 25 in damages for a bounced-check charge, plus costs and lawyers fees. But the legal is more valuable than the money, lawyer said.

In her ruling, the judge blasted Wells Fargo, which was not a creditor in the case, for freezing the money and controlling access to it. Accusing the bank of “grandstanding” about bankruptcy-code compliance, Judge Morris called out the inconsistencies in Wells’ national program, which only freezes balances worth more than $ 5,000.

Wells Fargo is appealing.

The Weidenbenners have the support of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, which has filed a brief supporting their position.

Wells Fargo’s loss in New York marked its first major reversal on this issue after a handful of victories nationwide.

Local bankruptcy lawyers said that more than a dozen of their clients in recent years have endured similar asset freezes by Wells Fargo, which can take up to four weeks to resolve.

A Wells Fargo spokesman said, “We expect the court, on appeal, will follow all other courts, which have held in Wells Fargo’s favor.”

Wells Fargo's gay couple ad sparks evangelist protest

In April, Wells Fargo became the first American bank to feature an LGBT relationship in its ads

Christian Evangelist Franklin Graham has sparked an angry Facebook debate about gay rights when he announced he is pulling all of his organization’s millions out of Wells Fargo accounts in response to the bank’s recent ad campaign featuring a lesbian couple.

“Have you ever asked yourself–how can we fight the tide of moral decay that is being crammed down our throats by big business, the media, and the gay & lesbian community?” Graham wrote in a Facebook post on June 5. “At the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, we are moving our accounts from Wells Fargo to another bank.”

That new bank will be BB&T, the association confirmed. But social media users were quick to point out the North Carolina-based bank is a sponsor for Miami Beach Gay Pride, an annual festival celebrating the LGBT community.

In response to Graham’s decision, BB&T’s chief corporate communications officer, Cythina Williams, issued a statement saying the bank “embraces diversity and inclusion for our associates and in all aspects of our business” — but the company declined to take a formal position on gay rights, saying its sponsorship of the gay pride event does not imply an endorsement.

Graham’s association is moving forward either way. A spokesperson confirmed the organization has begun the 30-day process of moving its accounts, which could total more than $ 100 million. According to the most recent financial disclosure forms available for the nonprofit, BGEA was worth $ 128 million in 2013.

Graham is the 62-year-old son of famed televangelist Billy Graham, who became internationally known in the 1950s for his large religious rallies and radio/TV sermons. The younger Graham now heads the North Carolina-based Billy Graham Evangelistic Association — which continues to broadcast sermons, coordinate community service and offers a $ 99 online school of Evangelism.

In addition to closing his accounts with Wells Fargo, Graham wrote that he plans to boycott Tiffany & Co. (TIF) in response to an ad the jeweler released in January that shows two men getting engaged.

Graham’s Facebook (FB, Tech30) post received more 95,000 likes and 42,600 shares, but not all responses were positive. Its 11,000-plus comments contain a slew of angered users that disagree with Graham’s stance.

“It is so hypocritical of him and so many others to pick just the one rule from a plethora of rules that allows them to discriminate against a group of people that they consider less than,” one user, Betty Miliano, wrote in a recent comment. “They know that they have lost this battle and are on the wrong side of history.”

Wells Fargo (CBEAX) stood behind its ad campaign and issued a statement saying its support of the LGBT community “reflects our company’s values.”

“We were not naive to think that there would be no negative responses,” Wells Fargo spokesperson Valerie Williams said. She added that the vast majority of reactions to the ad were not in line with Graham’s, and overall the response was “overwhelmingly positive.”

Tiffany & Co. also responded to Graham’s post. Spokesperson Carson Glover said, “We want everyone who shops with us to feel welcome and appreciated.” He also pointed to a February press release from the company saying the nontraditional couples depicted in the ad “represent the spectrum of people who visit Tiffany every day.”

Graham is also the president and CEO of the $ 200 million humanitarian aid nonprofit Samaritan’s Purse, though a spokesperson for the organization said its finances are handled by a different bank.

Wells Fargo's Investment Banking Fees Should Make Up For Shrinking Interest Margins In Q1

Earnings season for banks kicks off on Tuesday, April 14, with Wells Fargo reporting its first quarter results before the market opens. While Wells Fargo’s results will provide investors with a good idea of what to expect from retail-focused banks for the period, the expectations for the more diversified banking giants will be set by JPMorgan’s earnings release on the same day. That said, Wells Fargo’s performance figures will provide some invaluable insight into the growth of different loan portfolios (especially mortgages and commercial loans) for the banking industry as a whole over the period.

Coming to the expected quarterly performance, Wells Fargo is likely to post record earnings this quarter – comfortably surpassing the strong performance numbers it churned out in Q1 2014. While it is no secret that the bank has struggled over the last few years to counter the impact of shrinking net interest margins and declining mortgage origination figures on its bottom line, it has done well to ramp up its fee-based revenue streams. The bank’s asset management arm has done quite to help maintain its top-line figures over recent quarters, and we expect it to do so yet again in Q1 2015. Moreover, we expect the banking giant to report record fees from its investment banking services this time around – making the period one of the most profitable one for Wells Fargo in its history.

We maintain a $ 57 price estimate for Wells Fargo’s stock, which is about 5% ahead of its current market price.
