Liguria @ home: farinata e focaccia come tra i vicoli di Genova

Lungo la via Appia, in una piazzetta che appena la imbocchi sembra subito facile abbandonare il caos, ha aperto una focacceria genovese. Sybil Carbone (un po’ di info qui e qui) prepara la farinata proprio come quella dei miei vicoli a Genova. L’ambiente è piacevole, poltroncine vintage e un grande specchio, Sybil e il marito super simpatici
