farzes kind of has a family job, being kitsunes helping out tracking down targets causing big trouble with souls for a psychopomp, but their PRIMARY job that actually brings in money is being an informant/spy, acting as a noble to gather information for other nobles or really anyone with the money. they love doing their job and love just gathering and categorizing information, and isnt below sneaking around to look for documents that might have something juicy. their tiefling form is almost entirely them acting the part of nobility at all times to keep up the image. i would say he fucking loves gossip

oh this is a good one...so farzes is a ghoul (pf2e) who had supremely bad luck on a research job, & was downed *immediately* by a sneak attack from a ghoul, and upon rising from the dead as a ghoul themselves he had BEGGED his coworkers & employer, who is a psychopomp, not to kill him again and let him keep working. i think their darkest fears/nightmare would be the lead up to betrayal, maybe they fucked up or maybe their friends and family just decided theyre done waiting for something to happen, and capture him to kill him for good, while begging that theyre not ready to die.
